I know the minute people hear the word panel, there are a couple of reactions - one can be so excited and delighted to hear that it's finally their turn to get permanent (hopefully!) Others turn white with panic and fear, and the vast majority of people are met with utter confusion. So I'm here to help with some questions people may have, and to try reduce the panic and the fear surrounding the panel.
As always, I am commenting on the panel from personal experience, and from research. I was involved with both panels (Main and Supplementary) in the past two years, so I feel like I'm in a good position to advise. I will explain towards the end of this post about my personal experiences, but I first want to go through some of the application process.
