Hi everybody! Happy New Year! Hope you all had a lovely New Year's Eve night and spent it with your loved ones :)
I thought I'd kick off 2016 on a very positive note - by setting a challenge for myself, and anybody else who would like to get involved. It's simple enough and lasts 31 days - the month of January. I'm calling it 31 Days of Health and Happiness. You can follow it on social media, using the hashtag #31DaysofHealthandHappiness :)
So basically, it's a challenge whereby you do something everyday that has either a health benefit, or makes you happy. Some things may fall into both categories! It can literally be anything, big or small, like buying yourself flowers, going for a walk in the evening, making a super-green smoothie, calling a friend, climbing a mountain, reaching a goal, whatever you like. You then can post on my Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag above so we can all connect too. I've created a Facebook group for anybody who would like to join in. The link can be found here. It's a closed group, which means you must request to join. It also means that it is more private than just posting publicly.
Who knows, maybe it will help you break a few habits, or maybe start some new ones :)

I met a friend for a coffee and a chat in the local tearooms and now I'm heading over to spend time with some of Mark's family, as it's their last few weeks in their family home before they sell up :)
